Position Summary We’re hiring a highly motivated Entry Level B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to grow a career in sales or account management, this is your launchpad. In this role, you’ll connect directly with local small to mid‑sized businesses, offering value‑driven solutions and building long‑term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Meet face‑to‑face with local business owners and decision‑makers
Deliver consultative product presentations and close deals
Build and manage a personal book of business
Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
Collaborate with team members to optimize the customer experience
Meet weekly and monthly sales goals with full support from leadership
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, positive, and coachable attitude
Self‑starter with strong time management and organizational skills
Comfort working in a client‑facing, performance‑driven environment
Reliable transportation recommended but not required
Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required!

$45,000–$65,000 annually (based on performance)
