Über
sales professional
specifically for the Chicago area that will support our Midwest region of the U.S. who excels in the folding carton industry and thrives on achieving results. You’ll have the chance to help Malnove expand sales opportunities in existing markets while also aiding in the pursuit of breaking into new industries.
Location : remote but located in the Chicago area with travel up to 50% of the time.
Pay :
Strong Compensation Structure ($175,000-$300,000 and UP) Unlimited commission structure , car allowance, matching 401K
What You’ll Do
Oversee and expand our Midwest sales territory in the U.S.
Effectively balance new business development, key account management for both new and existing customers, and collaboration with operations and customer success teams.
Approach the role with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness, independence, and a strong drive for success, while consistently striving to exceed expectations through ongoing improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Skillfully navigate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to reporting, with a focus on win-win outcomes for our customers.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience (packaging expertise is a must; experience with labels, pharma, and flexible packaging is a plus)
Strong understanding of folding carton and/or paper packaging
A proven track record in selling consumer packaging.
Someone who thrives in a well-balanced environment of autonomy and support.
Malnove has a strong presence in the Food and Beverage industry, and we are looking to break into new areas of opportunity. Experience in these industries isn’t required but would be a big plus:
Health and Beauty
Cosmetics
Pharmaceuticals
Over the Counter (OTC)
