Job Description Summary As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for our sales organization. You must be able to qualify leads, set appointments for field account executives, reach out to a large client base to develop interest in additional offerings, and work with new clients in the vacation rental space. You will work closely with leadership to further nurture and create leads based on events, marketing efforts, and campaigns.
As an ideal candidate, you are eager to learn about the sales process and how to build strong relationships. You are an effective communicator while also listening to clients needs and building a solution fit to solve their concerns.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Generate sales pipeline by meeting/exceeding daily outbound metrics and setting qualified meetings for the field sales team
Daily outreach to a large client base to upsell and cross sell new line items into the market
Proactively engaging and prospecting new business opportunities and customers in the rapidly changing vacation rental space: Approximately 25+ outbound calls and 25+ emails per day
Consistently and accurately track all activity and related information in CRM
Manage, update and maintain account information in CRM
Thorough development and qualification of leads including the establishment of need, authority, time and budget
Using solution selling techniques to offer tools and solutions based on the client’s need
Consistently meet metrics as outlined by the sales leadership
Qualifications What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
2 + years of experience in sales, relationship management
Excellent communication skills including fundamental presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others
Strong accountability and commitment to excellence
Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
Ability to take initiative and work autonomously while staying available to other team members
Highly motivated to achieve goals and weekly metrics.
Tech‑savvy with a mindset for collaboration
Ability to speak persuasively and translate complex products and services into compelling value statements
Ability to discern priorities and to ask for help when needed
Strong organizational skills
Future‑forward thinker who is comfortable bridging the gap between traditional property management mindsets and the future of their business
Comfortable with fast, frequent changes in systems and processes
Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines with ease
Approachable, coachable, and willing to learn
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is a must. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
Desire to grow within an organization through mentorship and other growth initiatives
Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree
Type Salary + Variable OTE, Exempt, Full‑Time
Location Chandler, AZ (We operate on a 4/1 schedule – M‑Th in‑office F WFH)
