System Engineer
to join our client’s team in
Tampa, Florida . This is a
remote, direct hire
position.
SALARY:
$100,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
At least 5 years supporting enterprise datacenter or cloud environments, including high-availability architectures
Hands‑on experience with one or more major enterprise platforms such as Zerto, Microsoft Exchange (on‑prem/hybrid), or Active Directory
Strong technical depth in at least one of the following: Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, SAN, or Citrix
Proven ability to lead and expand automation efforts using Ansible
Experience providing Level 3 incident response, escalation handling, and service restoration, including after‑hours on‑call support
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain platforms like Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, SAN, and Citrix
Perform routine health checks, patching, and optimization of systems
Lead automation initiatives by developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks
Respond to and resolve complex incidents, including after‑hours support
Collaborate with teams to implement security hardening and disaster recovery plans
Document systems, procedures, and changes accurately and thoroughly
Manage vendor support cases and escape issues as needed
Develop detailed change management procedures and ensure compliance with change control processes
