This role bridges the technical and business worlds: you’ll connect with prospective customers, understand their challenges, and clearly communicate how our technology addresses their needs.
What You’ll Do
Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow‑up, and industry events.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business processes, priorities, and readiness for digital optimization.
Deliver compelling product presentations and live software demonstrations, tailoring the message to both business and technical audiences.
Partner with senior sales consultants to design proposals and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to continually refine messaging, case studies, and demo material.
Keep meticulous records in our CRM and contribute to accurate pipeline forecasting.
What You Bring
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in software sales, business development, or customer‑facing technical roles—internships or co‑ops count.
Strong communication and storytelling skills: the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, accessible way.
Curiosity and aptitude for learning complex technology quickly; ideally some hands‑on familiarity with software platforms, SaaS tools, or data‑driven solutions.
A proactive, goal‑oriented mindset and comfort engaging with new people—both online and in person.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and digital productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
What We Offer
Flexible hybrid (work from home/office) work model with autonomy to manage your location and schedule.
A people centered culture that values collaboration, diversity, and transparency, supported by flat hierarchies and quick decision making.
Continuous learning & career progression through internal and external training, certifications, and mentoring.
Community & connection—team events, celebrations, and opportunities to network across departments.
All the equipment and tools you need to perform at your best (laptop, phone, collaboration software).
Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD), paid vacation and holidays, retirement plan with company match contribution, flexible work arrangements.
Join Us If you’re energized by connecting people with technology, passionate about learning how advanced software can drive real‑world improvement, and love turning curiosity into results—we’d love to hear from you.
