Job Description and Duties Under the general supervision of an IT Supervisor II, the incumbent serves as a Technical Services Analyst supporting business operations in the Marysville District Office and surrounding area.
Major Functions:
Assist customers with IT procurement activities, including needs determination, procurement submittal, and lifecycle management.
Manage receiving, inventory, asset tagging, tracking, and surveying of assets.
Coordinate deployment and planning, and communicate quality updates to customers.
Document customer issues accurately in the ticketing system.
Provide administrative and technical support for printers, computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and telecommunications services.
Support all phases of end‑user device lifecycle management—procurement, deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, operations, and surplus.
Deliver end‑user training in the configuration and use of client technologies.
Collaborate with peers and management to update and recommend standards, processes, and procedures.
Track, monitor, and audit IT assets for accountability using standard asset management tools in compliance with the State Administrative Manual and other policies.
Research, write, report, and present as required.

Special Requirements
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a state‑owned or leased vehicle.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required.
The SOQ serves as documentation of each applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. Resumes and cover letters do not replace the SOQ. The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages, in 12‑point Arial font.

Describe your experience in processing or reviewing IT procurement activities and discuss the significance of thorough and detailed work in the procurement process.
