Responsibilities The Programming Content & Systems Manager plays a critical role in shaping how guests experience daily programming across all properties. This position leads the development, organization, and delivery of clear, engaging schedules that reflect the full breadth of offerings, from wellness and fitness to culinary and special events. By partnering closely with operational teams, this role ensures that all programming is accurate, timely, and aligned with the overall guest experience.
In addition to content ownership, this role oversees the systems and workflows that power scheduling across digital and on‑property platforms. The manager ensures seamless integration between tools and teams, maintaining consistency across the website, mobile app, and internal systems. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex programming into a cohesive, guest‑friendly experience.
Lead the creation, organization, and publishing of daily programming schedules across all locations
Partner with operational departments (fitness, wellness, spa, culinary, outdoor sports, and events) to gather and validate programming details
Ensure accuracy and consistency of schedules across digital platforms, print materials, and guest‑facing channels
Manage and optimize scheduling systems, including Book4Time, Shopify, and related platforms
Oversee the integration of programming content across the website and mobile app
Establish and maintain workflows that support timely updates and cross‑team coordination
Serve as the central point of contact for all programming‑related information and communication
Continuously improve processes, tools, and content presentation to enhance the guest experience
This role offers flexibility of a remote work environment, with occasional travel to resort locations as needed. (Remote work must be completed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years in programming, content strategy, hospitality, or related field
Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
Strong systems mindset with experience in digital platforms and scheduling tools
Refined communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand voice
Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and elevate shared outcomes
