Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
Partner with senior leadership on sales goals, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.
Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to build a balanced, compelling product assortment.
Determine the right mix of products, styles, sizes, and price points using sales data and market insights.
Actively open new accounts while maintaining and growing existing retailer relationships.
Stay current on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and retail landscape shifts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in wholesale sales or a related role (flexible for the right candidate).
Established relationships with major department stores and national retailers.
Proven success driving sales growth within women’s apparel, ideally moderate sportswear.
Strong understanding of retail merchandising, retail math, and consumer behavior.
Highly motivated, resilient, and relationship-driven with a true hunter mentality.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Zoom.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
