Job Responsibilities
Build relationships with key executives on target accounts
Drive revenue to Fidelitas by offering to companies digital marketing, eCommerce, and PR services
Assist with lead generation activities, including research, live events, and webinars
Manage the sales process including meetings, analysis, strategy, negotiating, closing, and advising during execution
Collaborate with teammates across Sales, Strategy, and Management
Evangelize our brand and its commitment to brand loyalty and showing clients a tangible ROI on their marketing investments
Report directly to the Business Development Director
The Ideal Candidate3>
Has 3+ years of digital and traditional advertising sales experience
Understands advertising, digital marketing, and PR
Is able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Exhibits a strong desire to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
Has strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation Please note that this position is non-salaried as teammates are anticipated to make $75,000-$125,000 annually through commissions. We offer a lucrative commission structure:
20% of any Initial Retainer Invoice + 10% of Recurring Revenue
