You are the starting point of meaningful customer relationships we build. You will identify high-value accounts and key decision-makers across Europe (focus DACH). You aren't afraid of the phone: Targeted cold calling is the absolute core of your outreach strategy, supported by smart social selling and emails. Your outreach has a purpose: To start conversations about architectural problems most companies don’t even realize they have yet. You own the very first touchpoints. Our founders will back you up with product expertise, ICP insights, and a proven sales motion to help you build a pipeline that actually converts. Who succeeds here?
To win in this role, you need: ✅ SaaS Sales Foundation: 2+ years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS. You understand qualification, ICPs, and how to turn cold outreach into real opportunities. ✅ Phone-First Mentality: You know that emails get ignored, but a strong conversation creates impact. You are highly comfortable and effective with targeted cold calling. ✅ Tech Curiosity: You don’t need to be an engineer, but APIs, payment flows, and infrastructure excite you enough to dive deep and use that knowledge on the phone. ✅ Commercial Intelligence: You know that 100 irrelevant messages are worthless. You research before you call. ✅ Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English . Why join our universe?
