Responsibilities
Works with an assigned Account Executive to review and enter loan applications into the IOU Financial lending platform.
Works with internal and external partners in a professional manner, assisting with problem solving and structuring loan requests.
Works with Account Executives to expedite and present loan offers.
Assists Account Executives with troubleshooting, resolving system and/or product issues, and addressing partner concerns.
Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of IOU Financial products and services.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Manage time judiciously, focusing on urgent and important tasks while avoiding procrastination.
Strong follow-up ability with keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in a CRM
Salesforce experience
