Store Manager
to lead a high-volume grocery retail store in
Limerick.
This role offers a competitive salary of
€80,000 – €85,000 , the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-volume store, and the chance to make a real impact within a well-established and growing retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, margin, and profitability
Lead, develop, and motivate a large team to deliver strong results
Maintain exceptional standards across fresh food, grocery, and store operations
Monitor and analyse key KPIs, implementing action plans to drive performance
Manage labour, stock control, and cost efficiency across the business
Ensure high standards in customer service and overall shopping experience
Maintain full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Store Manager within grocery or high-volume retail
Experience managing high-turnover stores and delivering strong commercial performance
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop large teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and profitability
Passion for fresh food and maintaining exceptional store standards
A hands-on leadership style with excellent organisational and communication skills
