Role Summary : Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and solution design ofenterprise‑scale Source‑to‑Pay implementations on the ServiceNow platform. Actas the design authority ensuring the solution is scalable, compliant, andaligned to procurement, finance, audit, and IT standards.

• Own overall S2P solution architecture covering Sourcing, Contract Management,Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, Invoicing, and Approvals
• Define OOTB vs configuration vs customization strategy with strong platformgovernance
• Architect integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), finance, supplierportals, and external systems
• Ensure compliance with audit, procurement regulations, SoD, and approvalcontrols
• Provide architectural leadership across presales, design, build, UAT, androllout
• Engage senior xcfaprz stakeholders; present solution options, trade‑offs, and roadmaps
• Review and approve HLDs, LLDs, and technical designs

• 10+ years on ServiceNow, deep specialization in S2P / SPO
• Strong knowledge of procurement & finance processes (S2C, P2P, contracts,invoicing)
• Solid grasp of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, Performance Analytics
