Job Description

A financial services client is looking for a QA Engineer to join their team in a hybrid capacity in Manhattan. This person should have a strong background with QA engineering, in-depth and hands on experience writing test queries from scratch for both UI and API testing. They should have a strong grasp on the various testing tools and technologies: Playwright and Serenity. They should also be well versed in writing scripts in Javascript and SQL. The organization is going through immense digital transformations so the ideal candidate would be highly adaptable, smart, and willing to pivot as needed.

Skills and Requirements

-Strong background as a QA Engineer

-Extensive experience writing test scripts, not just modifying them (Javascript and SQL)

-Experience working with various test tools including: Playwright and Serenity

-Strong fundamental understanding of the technologies used to ensure they are able to adapt/pivot as necessary

-Good communication, and financial services industry background null
