Senior Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on projects across Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of site operations on a range of commercial and residential developments.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams, maintaining clear communication and driving programme delivery.

• A relevant construction qualification or trade background
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role within a main contractor environment
  
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance
  
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades effectively
