What you'll do:
- Provide technical support across systems, devices, and applications

What I need from You:
- 4 years' Experience working in a similar technical support or infrastructure role
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern workplace technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various technologies xcfaprz
