This

Business Analytics Intern

will be responsible for supporting our Provider Success team in various projects relating but not limited to, HEDIS measures, CAHPS engagement, and process optimization. During the Summer program, this intern will have opportunities to do innovative work in the research and analysis of provider data with practical applications to the business.

This internship will be a full-time (40 hours/week) program that will run for 12 weeks (May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025).

How you will make an impact:

Research key provider reports and indicators to identify current barriers and areas for optimization.

Build a library of leading indicators per lag measure and while standardizing templates used by the business.

Present on inquiry processes and clinic day playbook

Document downstream HEDIS to PCMS data flow.

Partner with key stakeholders on several projects related to risk adjustment and CAHPS engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week.

Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Health Services Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Finance, Economics, or related degree at an accredited university or college.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong preference for advanced Excel knowledge

Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on public speaking

Candidates with an interest in healthcare who possess the ability to both learn and apply knowledge quickly are greatly preferred

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $18.92/hour to $27.03/hour
