Senior Estimator

Location: South Dublin (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: €110,000 – €130,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

We are seeking experienced Senior Estimators with a background in Build and/or Civil projects to join a leading contractor based in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model.

• 
  
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for build and civil engineering projects
  
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare tender submissions
  
• Manage the full tendering process from initial enquiry through to final submission
  
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information
  
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimating phase
  
• Collaborate closely with project managers and commercial teams
  
• Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
  

• 
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in construction and/or civil engineering
  
• Strong knowledge of Irish market rates and construction methodologies
  
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
  
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication xcfaprz skills
  
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
