Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Salary: £13.27 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observing, assessing, and planning engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
• Collaborating with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Following risk assessments diligently and reporting any health and safety matters to management.
• Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Full and Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
• Fluency in Written and Spoken English: Essential
• Over 1 Year’s Experience in Early Years: Desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
