We are looking for a reliable, structured and hands-on Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and ensure consistent execution, even during high-volume service.

Your role
Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during service
Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards
Participate in prep, cooking and plating
Maintain efficiency during high-volume periods
Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards
Support, guide and motivate the kitchen team
Maintain a clean, organized and high-performing kitchen
Minimize waste and help manage inventory
Your profile
Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, including experience in a high-volume and structured environment (standards, consistency, speed of execution)
Supervisory experience strongly considered
Natural leadership, strong organization and autonomy
Ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions
Reliable, detail-oriented and disciplined
Team player with respect for the product
