Our 45-minute treatment sessions allow you to build meaningful relationships with patients and achieve exceptional outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment.
*About the Role:*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Physical Therapist* who values patient-centered care and clinical autonomy. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to create individualized treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, exercise, and education. Our patient population includes a mix of post-op, orthopedic, and return-to-sport cases, and our team brings firsthand athletic and movement experience to our care.
Our clinics are bright, *high-ceilinged spaces with abundant natural light and airflow*, creating a calm, energizing workplace. Therapists work *side by side*, making it easy to collaborate, ask clinical questions on the fly, and learn from colleagues throughout the day. *Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
* Provide 1:1 patient care, with a focus on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education
* Track and document patient progress accurately and efficiently using Prompt EMR
* Collaborate with referring providers and team members to ensure holistic care
* Participate in continuing education and professional development
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
*Qualifications:*
* Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* California PT license (or eligible)
* CPR certification
* Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Multilingual candidates (especially Spanish or Cantonese) strongly encouraged
