Our well-established dental practice in Eagan, MN is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a General Dentist with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, particularly in the areas of diagnosing and treating dental emergencies. Our practice sees a high volume of patients needing same day treatment in endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative work. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, thriving practice and contribute to the oral health and well-being of our community.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform general dentistry procedures with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
* Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and treating dental emergencies, particularly in endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry.
* Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
* Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures.
* Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
* Will be scheduled to work approximately 15 days per month.
*Requirements:*
* Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
* Current, valid state dental license.
* Proficiency in endodontics and oral surgery. Will train and mentor a candidate who has a strong interest in learning/ becoming more efficient in these fields.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
* Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
