* Accurately enter collected data into provided spreadsheets * Interact professionally with staff while working independently on-site * Follow documented procedures exactly and ensure data is complete and accurate Required Skills & Qualifications * Very strong customer service skills and professional communication ability * Field technician experience working with end-user hardware (PCs, printers, keyboards, mice, etc.) * Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation * Strong ability to follow instructions precisely * Comfortable speaking confidently with end users without direct backup * Basic PC hardware experience * Friendliness and professionalism are critical *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
