Generative AI Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who thrives on building real-world Generative AI solutions. In this role, you’ll design and deliver scalable applications powered by LLMs, working with cutting-edge technologies like RAG pipelines, vector databases, and modern cloud platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn complex business problems into production-ready AI systems. From experimentation to deployment, you’ll own the full lifecycle.

• Design and implement LLM-based applications using modern GenAI frameworks
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including advanced retrieval techniques
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering strategies and reusable templates
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and orchestration tools
• Work with vector databases to enable efficient semantic search and retrieval
• Deploy AI models into production and ensure scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Evaluate model performance and implement guardrails for safety and quality

• 6+ years of experience in software development, AI, or data-related roles
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines
• Solid Python experience with libraries such as: Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, FastAPI
• Experience with LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, PGVector, Mongo Atlas)
• Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience deploying models into production xcfaprz environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with agent-based frameworks
• Knowledge of GenAI guardrails and evaluation techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Background in handling large-scale unstructured data
