Description
Xeinadin’s corporate finance unit provides best in class corporate financing services to Irish and UK based mid‑market companies, and counts among our clients some of the most well‑known private businesses in Ireland. Due to strong continued growth, we are seeking to grow the team with the appointment of a senior corporate finance manager with specialist private equity experience, who will be dedicated to private equity funding and sales advisory services. This is a new position within the team with an opportunity to grow and develop a dedicated service line for our expanding client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage private equity financing activities, including deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and other financial institutions.
- Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and valuation analyses for private equity transactions.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision‑making.
- Monitor financial metrics and develop actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated expertise in private equity financing, including deal origination, structuring, and execution.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and analytics. xcfaprz
