Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Operations & Compliance Lead for our Cork‑based retail hub. This role is designed for a candidate who can blend day‑to‑day retail excellence with specialized technical responsibilities. You will be the point person for our E‑liquid Products Tax (EPT) compliance, hardware maintenance, and digital growth.

• Regulatory Management: Lead the store’s compliance with the Finance Act 2024. Manage the E‑liquid Products Tax (EPT) registration, ensuring all first‑supply stock is recorded and bi‑monthly ROS (Revenue Online Service) returns are filed accurately.
  
• Hardware Specialist: Act as the in‑house expert for advanced ENDS (Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems). This includes device troubleshooting, maintenance of high‑end hardware, and advising customers on technical specs like coil resistance and battery safety.
  
• Product Development & Expansion: Assist in sourcing new emerging products. Evaluate the technical builds of new devices and e‑liquid formulations to ensure they meet the HSE 20mg/ml nicotine limit and TPD standards.
  
• Compliance Oversight: Manage the HSE Nicotine Inhaling Product Licence and ensure the store’s "Track and Trace" records are maintained for statutory audits.
  
• Digital Presence: Oversee our online product listings, ensuring all technical descriptions are accurate and that our digital presence complies with Irish distance‑selling laws.
  

• 
  
• A strong technical understanding of vaping hardware (circuitry, battery safety, and device maintenance).
  
• Familiarity with digital reporting systems (ROS experience is a major plus). xcfaprz
  
• Detailed knowledge of Irish e‑liquid legislation (EPT and Public Health Act 2023).
  
• Excellent communication skills for high‑level customer advisory.
