Position: Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Hours: Flexible options available! Choose from part-time (starting at 2 full days) to full-time (up to 4 full days per week).
Salary: £13.74 per hour

Our nursery features intimate rooms that allow for free-flowing play across dedicated spaces. Whether it’s getting creative in the art room or engaging in role play in our home corner, there’s something for everyone!
Located in a beautiful village, we regularly take local walks to immerse ourselves in the community. Our spacious gardens are perfect for outdoor play, featuring allotments, mud kitchens, and sunken sandpits. Excitingly, our preschool children will soon start forest school, and we’re launching a woodwork station for hands-on learning!

Key Responsibilities- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all.
- Foster professional relationships and report any concerns as per company policy.
- Implement a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.

Requirements- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English – essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years – desirable
- Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements – desirable
