Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

Your Role as a Nursery PractitionerAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and development stage.
- Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.
- Building professional relationships and addressing any concerns in line with company policies.
- Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable.
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
