Salary: £13.27 per hour

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds? CherryVale Nursery is on the lookout for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team! As a key person for a designated group of children, you will play a crucial role in guiding them through their daily routines, engaging with parents, and creating an enriching environment.

Established in May 1998 and rated Good by Ofsted , CherryVale Nursery boasts a fantastic facility featuring:

• Five age-specific rooms
• A sensory room for ages 0-2

In this role, you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met in a caring, safe, and secure environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities tailored to each child's development.
• Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
