As a key person for a designated group of children, you will play a crucial role in guiding them through their daily routines, engaging with parents, and creating an enriching environment.

In this role, you will:
- Ensure each child’s individual needs are met in a caring, safe, and secure environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities tailored to each child's development.
- Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
