Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

• Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (5 days)
• Salary: £30,139.20 per annum
• Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Assist management in delivering top-notch care and education for children while managing daily nursery operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Room Leader and staff to ensure a smooth daily routine.
• Contribute creative ideas to planning, ensuring high-quality learning and development for the children.
• Liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
• Meet health, safety, and environmental health requirements.

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Essential
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS: Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
