As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing a high standard of care and education in a safe environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan stimulating activities that support each child’s learning and development.
• Engage as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
• Support the overall development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
