Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. Requirements: • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL) and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL). • No previous experience allowed for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL) and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL). • No previous experience allowed for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL) and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - University of Louisville (UofL). Call requirements 1-2 days during the week 1-2 weekends within 6 week schedule. Call various depending on how many team members we have. 4person call team Floating Requirements:
Possibly to EP Lab 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027.
