Shift:

Driver’s License/State ID Special Requests: In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. Shift & Scheduling:
Weeknight and weekend call also required.
