Job Overview:We are seeking a Business Quality Analyst (BQA) – Commerce Cloud, eB2B & OCM who brings deep expertise in digital commerce, ordering, and customer experience, with a strong focus on quality and business readiness. This hybrid role bridges business analysis and quality assurance to ensure Salesforce Commerce Cloud, eB2B, and related customerfacing solutions meet business needs, support realworld selling and ordering scenarios, and are delivered with high quality. The BQA serves as a domain expert and quality gatekeeper, partnering with Product, Engineering, Change, and Business teams to define clear acceptance criteria, validate solutions end to end, and ensure business and user readiness for launch.As a Senior Engineer, you will… Act as the domain expert for digital commerce and ordering, ensuring Salesforce Commerce Cloud and eB2B solutions support realworld customer and sales workflows, including product discovery, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, order management, and postorder experiencesPartner with Product Managers, Business stakeholders, and Change teams to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and translate commerce and customer experience needs into clear, testable acceptance criteriaServe as a quality gatekeeper, validating that solutions are not only technically sound but usable, intuitive, and ready for customer and sales adoptionDesign and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Commerce Cloud, eB2B, and integrated downstream systems (e.g., pricing, OMS, fulfillment, ERP)Plan and implement testing strategies including regression, functional, data validation, integration, and performance testing for new and existing commerce capabilitiesValidate endtoend ordering and fulfillment scenarios, ensuring data accuracy, pricing integrity, and order lifecycle consistencyIdentify gaps early in the delivery lifecycle to reduce rework, defects, customer friction, and downstream business impactCollaborate closely with Engineering, System Integrators, QA, and Change Management teams to triage defects, validate fixes, and certify release readinessCollaborate and share lessons learned regarding performance and reliability issues with all stakeholders including developers, other SREs, operations teams, and project management teams.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and golive readiness discussionsProvide input into release decisions by assessing business readiness, customer impact, change risk, and quality outcomesEnsure delivered functionality aligns with commerce KPIs (conversion, order success, adoption, accuracy, customer experience), not just stated requirementsSupport and influence DevOps and CI/CD practices, including test automation, environment readiness, and release validation
Total Rewards:Salary Range: $97,000 - $135,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factorsBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements:Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Typically, 8+ years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or a hybrid BQAtype role supporting enterprise platforms5+ years of DSD industry and Tell sell experience preferred.Demonstrated handson experience with digital commerce, ordering, or customerfacing platforms (eCommerce, eB2B, tell sales, portals, or sales ordering systems)Experience working with Salesforce platforms, preferably Commerce Cloud, B2B Commerce, or integrated eB2B solutionsProven ability to translate business requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteriaStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholdersAbility to identify gaps, risks, and edge cases early to protect solution quality and business outcomesShould have strong analytical, critical thinking, process modeling and decision making skills Native-level proficiency/fluent in English.Experience validating end-to-end order-to-cash or order lifecycle flows across integrated systemsExperience working in DevOps and Agile technology environments. (preferred)Collaborate and share lessons learned regarding performance and reliability issues with all stakeholders including developers, other SREs, operations teams, and project management teams.
