Production Supervisor – Machining

Salary: around $75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts (flexible start time)
Permanent, full-time
French required (English not mandatory)

You will oversee production operations, manage a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a technical environment.

• Plan and coordinate team activities
• Supervise production operations and priorities
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Solve production issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and support team members
• Monitor performance indicators

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing
• Supervisory experience (asset)
• Machining experience (strong asset)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement
• Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented
• Strong leadership and communication skills
