Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

To supervise both Civil and Structural works and Architectural works.

• New padel court supported on piles on the slope
  
• Conversion of planter to a new ramp to the padel court
  
• Side gate with steps/ramp to higher adjacent road
  
• BBQ Pavillion at the existing timber deck area
  
• Raising of existing swimming pool base for shallower pool water depth
  
• Other landscape improvements
  

• 
  
• Shall have minimum 3 years of working experiences in supervision works.
  
• Shall need to attend to night work and urgent site matters.
  
• Be conversant in local legislation, regulation and codes.
