Construction Site Manager

A well‑established and reputable contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an active project in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who is confident taking ownership of day‑to‑day site operations and maintaining high standards from day one.

• Take full responsibility for daily operations on a live construction site
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, deliveries, and overall site logistics
• Ensure full compliance with Irish Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
• Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and progress meetings
• Monitor programme, sequencing, and productivity to maintain project momentum
• Oversee quality control, snagging, and adherence to design/specifications
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Liaise with the Project Manager, QS, Design Team, and client representatives
• Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities to improve delivery

• 4+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman in Ireland
• Proven track record delivering residential, commercial, or refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts xcfaprz on a live site
• Proficiency with MS Office and site management platforms
• Trade background or construction‑related qualification preferred
