Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking an experiencedSite Engineerto join our team on a range of civil engineering construction contracts. The ideal candidate will bring2–5 years of hands-on experienceacross Civils, Drainage, Roads, and Earthworks projects, with strong technical capability in setting out, GPS systems, Total Stations, and AutoCAD.

• Ensure full compliance with current Irish Health & Safety Regulations and company H&S policies
• Oversee on-site quality control across all elements of the works
• Support daily supervision and monitoring of site activities
• Carry out accurate setting out for all project components
• Maintain daily site records, test results, and documentation
• Assist with updating and tracking the project programme
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to specification
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and representatives; attend progress meetings
• Organise site facilities and resources to meet project deadlines
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve unexpected challenges on site

• Proven experience in pipelines, earthworks, and road construction
• Minimum2 years post-graduate site experience
• Demonstrated track record as a Setting Out Engineer within the last 12 months
• Proficient with GPS, Total Stations, and Dumpy Levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Minimum Degree in xcfaprz Civil Engineering
• Solid understanding of current Health & Safety regulations
• Certification in Traffic Management or Underground Services (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
