Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure & Networking - Global Tech

I'm hiring a Senior TPM to take ownership of complex, cross-functional infrastructure programmes in a high-scale tech environment. This is not a coordination role - you'll be operating with real autonomy, managing ambiguity, and driving execution across multiple teams.

• Owning end-to-end delivery of technically complex programmes
• Bringing structure to ambiguous problems through clear planning, governance, and execution
• Driving alignment across engineering, product, and stakeholders
• Managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and programme governance
• Leading programme communication and decision-making across teams
• Driving change initiatives and continuous improvement across programmes

• Strong TPM experience in complex technical environments
• Background in infrastructure/networking / large-scale systems
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable handling technical discussions and making informed decisions

• Annual Salary up to €94,000 doe (pro-rata)
• 6-month contract (likely extension) - PAYE - paid weekly via PrincipleHR
• Location - Dublin | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
