Architect (Data Centre Construction)

The Architect will support the design and delivery of architectural scope on mission-critical data centre projects. The role focuses on coordinating design information, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and integrating architectural elements with CSA and MEP systems.

• Support the development and coordination of architectural design packages
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Ensure alignment of architectural scope with CSA, MEP, and client requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors
• Monitor design progress and support timely delivery in line with project programme
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and project standards
• Assist with site inspections and resolve design-related issues during construction
• Support handover documentation and as-built records

• Proven experience in architectural design and delivery within construction projects
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is advantageous
• Strong understanding of building regulations, materials, and detailing xcfaprz
• Ability to read, review, and coordinate technical design information
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit and common data environments (CDE)
• Understanding of fire safety, access control, and secure building design
