We are looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Newbridge.

This role will support the day-to-day management of our online store and help drive the growth of our eCommerce business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an eCommerce or digital role, strong attention to detail, and an interest in online retail and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management
- Upload and manage products, images, and descriptions on the website
- Maintain product categories, collections, and filters
- Ensure product information, pricing, and stock levels are accurate
- Online Merchandising
- Support homepage updates, banners, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales events
- Monitor product listings and optimise them for better performance
- Content & SEO
- Update product titles, descriptions, and meta data for SEO
- Upload landing pages and promotional content
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website performance including traffic, sales, and conversion rate
- Assist with preparing weekly or monthly performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey
- Campaign Support
- Assist with setting up promotions, discount codes, and campaigns
- Work with marketing teams on email campaigns and website updates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Experience working with Shopify is a plus
- Strong attention to detail xcfaprz and organisational skills
- Good understanding of online merchandising and product management
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
