Senior MI Manager

As a senior MI leader, you will work with a high degree of autonomy, engaging with IT, Change, Finance, and Risk leaders to enhance visibility, optimise investment decisions, and improve overall portfolio performance.

• Deliver high‑quality executive and board reporting with clear business impact
  
• Shape and embed governance practices across the IT portfolio
  
• Develop and refine KPIs, dashboards, and MI frameworks
  
• Act as the key liaison for all CITO reporting requirements
  
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology and the wider business
  
• Improve and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and insight
  
• Promote transparency, accountability, and informed decision‑making

• Demonstrated experience producing executive or board‑level reporting
  
• Strong understanding of IT functions, including delivery, operations, cyber, and governance
  
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage KPI and performance frameworks
