Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner (NP)

This facility is seeking a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Practice Setting: Medical Center Setting
• Types of Cases: Round daily on inpatient consults and discuss with surgeon and primary team plan of care, weekly outpatient clinic with surgeon, following up with clinic patients (imaging/test results), scheduling follow up visits, coordinating and booking Operating Room cases (emergent and scheduled), and coordinating with surgeon’s office with patient information.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
• Certification Requirements: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Licensure: New Jersey
