Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS throughout the nursery.
- Embed and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implement recommendations.
- Promote a key person approach to foster secure attachments and identify staff training needs.
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's developmental stages.
- Encourage a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
- Manage complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and accounts on the EyMan system.
- Engage in nursery marketing and public relations activities.
- Foster positive relationships with your team through an approachable demeanor.

Requirements:- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
- Essential: Strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
- Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
- Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
- Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
