Location: Footsteps Nursery Cannock, Orbital Plaza, Bridge Street, Cannock

Employment Type: Permanent | Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week

Salary: £13.58 per hour

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the early experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, ensuring outstanding opportunities for every child.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partnering with parents to meet and exceed developmental outcomes.
• Assessing and reporting on children's progress to foster continuous growth.
• Bringing passion and inspiration to your work, while actively pursuing your own professional development.
• Creating a fun, caring, and friendly environment.
• Promoting a high-quality learning atmosphere.

• A genuine commitment to working in childcare.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• A dedication to continual professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or EY Educator.
