We are currently seeking professional licensed massage therapists of all levels of experience to join our team. Collage Spa is an independently owned boutique spa with locations in downtown Fredericksburg and Culpeper.
Collage Spa offers competitive compensation. Our therapists are W2 employees, not independent contractors. Commission rates are based on experience (hourly equivalent of $30-$50). Therapists receive tips plus 10% retail commission. Annual salaries range from $25,000-$50,000.
Additional benefits include: Flexible schedules, Continuing education, credits, Staff discounts on products and services. No deductions for backbar, supplies or credit card fees. Our high-end and eco-friendly spas offer a friendly, comfortable work environment with a large and loyal clientele.
We provide all supplies, a front-desk staff for scheduling and customer service, and a marketing team that promotes our therapists and maintains our 5-star reputation. We offer our therapists lots of opportunities for growth and advancement. Take your career to the next level with our team of talented professionals. Experience with advanced therapies is a plus, including Prenatal, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular, Rolfing, Myofascial, and Thai Yoga.
