• Supervise and coordinate field crews including technicians, foremen, and site leads
  
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  
• Maintain project schedules, inventories, and documentation
  
• Provide clients with regular updates and progress reports
  
• Oversee specialised tasks such as confined space entry and equipment inspections
  
• Manage office functions including documentation, logistics, and personnel records
  
• Support hiring, onboarding, crew development, and HR compliance
  
• Act as liaison between field teams and management to ensure smooth communication
  

• 
  
• Proven leadership experience in field services, industrial settings or construction
  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
  
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, and digital scheduling tools
  
• Certifications including General Industry Safety Training, First Aid, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage, valid Driver’s License
  
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  
• Commitment to clear planning, respectful communication, and client‑focused service
  
• Willing to travel across Europe for consecutive weeks to visit customer sites
  

Base salary between €60,000 and €80,000 per annum

Bonus incentives based on project deliverables and financial performance
