Senior Solutions Architect

Realta Associates are hiring two Senior Solution Architects to lead solution design and roadmapping across enterprise IT systems (corporate and operational) for a leading utilities organisation.

This is a high-impact role within a complex, regulated, 24/7 environment — shaping solutions, influencing stakeholders, and driving decisions aligned to enterprise architecture strategy.

You’ll succeed here if you can lead stakeholders, shape solutions, and land decisions.

• 
  
• Own end-to-end solution design and target-state roadmaps across the IT estate
  
• Lead workshops and align business and technical stakeholders
  
• Develop solution options and present trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to governance / Design Authority
  
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and strategy
  
• Work across application, data, and integration architecture (with security and operational realities in mind)
  

• 
  
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical, deliverable solutions
  
• Experience balancing target-state direction with delivery pragmatism
  
• Strong stakeholder leadership — comfortable influencing and “selling” solutions at senior level
  
• Experience in regulated and/or high-availability environments is advantageous

• Experience with enterprise platforms (Microsoft or similar), including:
  
• ERP / CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365 or equivalent)
  
• Cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns
  
• Modern data and application ecosystems
