Quality Assurance Manager

Catalyx is seeking a QA Manager to join our team and work on our customer site in Longford.

For more information visit is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and maintain a robust Quality Management System across design, manufacturing, and site-based operations. This role will be responsible for driving quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems across manufacturing and site-based operations
  
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client specificatio
  
• Coordinate third-party audits and inspections where requis
  
• Partner with design, procurement, and operations teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues across the full project lifecyc
  
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address deviations and non-conformanc
  
• Monitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports for senior stakeholders
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality, safety, and operational process
  
• Provide guidance, training, and oversight to quality personnel and operational tea

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipl
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within engineering, manufacturing, or construction environme
  
• Strong experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience with audits, inspections, and compliance within regulated or structured environme
  
• Proven ability to lead investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiati
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication ski
