Corporate Advisory Manager

An established and highly regarded advisory firm is seeking a Corporate Advisory Manager to join its growing Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across M&A, equity capital markets, and strategic advisory.

You’ll gain exposure to complex, transformational deals while working closely with senior stakeholders across both private and public companies. The role offers strong development potential within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

• Support the execution of M&A, ECM, debt advisory, and private equity transactions
  
• Build financial models, perform valuations, and develop client-ready materials
  
• Conduct market and industry research to support origination and deal delivery
  
• Assist with transaction documentation and coordinate with clients and advisors
  
• Contribute to business development and participate in client engagements
  

• 
  
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
  
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  
• Excellent xcfaprz communication and stakeholder management abilities
  
• Knowledge of Irish or UK ECM market is advantageous
  
• ACA/CFA qualification (or working towards) preferred
